Standard Race Day Program (Typical WTCS Schedule)
- Pre-Race Days (2 Days Prior): Athlete briefings, familiarization swims, and course walkthroughs.
- Race Day Morning: Transition area opens, mandatory gear checks, and athlete warm-ups.
- Elite Women’s Race: Starts with a 1.5 km swim (Standard) or 750 m swim (Sprint), followed by the bike and run legs.
- Elite Men’s Race: Held either on the same day or alternating days depending on the venue.
- Medal Ceremonies: Held immediately after the conclusion of each race category.
