⏱️ General Program & Structure
Because the event is condensed into one single day (May 30), the program moves quickly to crown champions across both men’s and women’s categories.
- Format: A fast-paced, continuous schedule alternating directly between track events (sprints, middle-distance, and hurdles) and field events (jumps and throws).
- The “Stepping Stone” Strategy: The program acts as a direct technical trial and a vital preparation marker for the 2027 Games of the Small States of Europe (GSSE), which Monaco will also host. It gives these specific European delegations a chance to dial in their team selections and test the track under true championship conditions.
(Note: Specific hour-by-hour heat sheets and final athlete start lists are distributed directly by the Fédération Monégasque d’Athlétisme closer to the morning of the event based on final technical declarations).
