Soukayna MOREIRA to represent Luxembourg at the U18 World Championships in Ecuador on 21 August 2026.
From 20 to 22 August 2026, Luxembourg judoka Soukayna MOREIRA, from Judo Club Stroossen, will compete at the U18 World Championships in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Currently ranked 42nd in the World Ranking List, Soukayna MOREIRA will compete in the -52 kg category, with her competition taking place on Friday, 21 August.
This first participation in the U18 World Championships represents an important challenge for the young judoka. As a first-year cadet, she may face opponents up to two years older than her, making this experience all the more valuable from a sporting perspective!
She will be accompanied by Arnaud Grisier, National U15/U18 Coach. Ayleen POST-SCHEIT will also be part of the delegation as her training partner, supporting her preparation throughout the competition.
