Key Youth Events to Watch
While the Youth Cup focuses on local development, several high-profile international youth races take place in Luxembourg during the summer:
- Critรฉrium Europรฉen des Jeunes (U17): July 4โ5, 2026. A prestigious two-day stage race for cadets.
- Grand Prix Gรฉnรฉral Patton (U19): July 4, 2026. A major UCI Junior Nations’ Cup event.
- Grand Prix de Luxembourg (U19): July 5, 2026.
Participation Notes
- Registration: Usually opens online via the FSCL portal 10โ14 days before each event.
- Skill Courses (Parcours d’adresse): These are vital for the U11 category rankings, focusing on technical bike handling rather than just speed.
- Licensing: All participants in the Youth Cup must hold a valid FSCL license or an equivalent UCI-recognized license.
