HOW TO PARTICIPATE – SOLO OR IN A TEAM
In 2025, you can choose between “The Classic 70 KM” or “The Sprinter 50 km.”
If running 50 or 70 km is still too far, but you still want to be part of this fantastic event, you can complete the 70 km as a relay team.
Find 1, 2, 3, or a maximum of 4 fellow runners and run the entire course as a relay. Each runner will take on one or more segments. Relays are only allowed at the 4 aid stations, and teams must travel to these stations using their own means.
Tip: find a sponsor/company and have them sponsor your team’s starting ticket. The course, which winds eastward towards the town of Wiltz (LUX), is uneven, to say the least. The route has 1900 meters of positive elevation gain and is 68% off-road.
Supporters can cheer on the runners at the easily accessible indoor, heated aid stations after 17 km. 31km | 46km and 58km. One of these is located in Pommerloch, 100m from the large Knauf shopping center, which is open on Sundays!
